My wife and I have just completed an 8 day tour of Sri Lanka with Grand Tour who have been absolutely brilliant in every respect. Ashi was so helpful in the planning phase and added so much value to my basic plan — the trip we wound up with offered so much and the pricing was very reasonable. We met our guide Indika the day before and we had a very good feeling right away. That feeling was not misplaced as he added so much value expertly getting to grips with our preferences and devoting himself to making our experience the very best it could be. His knowledge and experience were invaluable added to which he was such good company. I simply cannot think of a way in which our experience could have been improved.

I went on a private tour with GrandTour and was really happy with the experience. What I liked most was the flexibility. Nothing is fixed — you can change things along the way if you want to stay longer somewhere or go faster. It's great if you like to travel in your own way. Everything was well organized. No problems, no stress. The guide and driver were very nice and friendly. The car was good, clean, with air conditioning, which is really important for long drives. Overall, the service was very good, and you can feel that they really take care of you.

Sri Lanka, a very beautiful country, with wild landscapes, wild animals, a rich history. We had a professional guide, Kanishka, who took us through a great adventure full of unique experiences, from historical places, religious temples, wildlife parks, special culinary experiences, tea tastings. An adventure that is worth living at least once in your life.

At first, we were a bit skeptical because we couldn't find many reviews about the company. However, we decided to move forward since the interaction with the travel consultant was excellent. The welcome we received was wonderful! Our guide, Nuwan, was incredibly dedicated, friendly, and professional. He made us feel safe in traffic, which is quite a challenge on the streets of Sri Lanka. The accommodations and activities matched our preferences perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this company for discovering this beautiful country. We wouldn't change a thing — it was absolutely worth it!

9 days private tour for couple — an optimal journey: Airport - Dambulla - Hatton - Nuwara Eliya - Ella - Hikkaduwa - Airport. Firstly, Grandtour was very flexible as far as the itinerary is concerned. They gladly accepted our input and helped optimize the journey so that we could include all the spots we wanted to see. If you are looking to build your own, customized journey, this is your company. Secondly, Nuwan is both a fantastic guide and an excellent driver. Knowledge of history, nature, local customs and food make him the ideal travel partner. Bonus: he made us feel safe in the chaotic Sri Lankan traffic. We had an incredible jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park with this company. From the moment we were picked up to the end of the tour, everything was perfectly arranged. Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and ensured we got the best wildlife experience. We were able to see many elephants up close, which was truly unforgettable! The whole process was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this safari service for anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

We arrived to Sri Lanka just when cyclon Ditwah was in full swing. Roads were flooded, landslides in central region preventing us to move around. Luckily we reached Habarana from the airport and had to wait there for a couple of days. Our itinerary was completely spoil and thanks to Ruchika we were given the chance to carry on our Tour with some changes. Grand Tour was in close contact with us to propose new visits handling our Tour very efficiently, prioritizing safety and giving us the best possible options under those current circumstances. We deeply appreciate the continuous and close contact we had with Ruchika and our driver, Sudesh, that was with us at all times during our days in Sri Lanka. We come back with a very good experience and at the same time sad for so many human losses in this climate tragedy.
